Complete off grid install at a 18 bed bunkhouse in the foothills of Mount Snowdon

Back in January 2016 we were contacted by the owner of Crashpad lodges a 18 bed luxury bunkhouse at the foot of Snowdon, he had recently took over Crashpad and even though the property was stunning inside he was aware it needed a complete overall of the current heating & electric’s.The property is set in an amazing location right at the base of mount Snowdon but this also meant it was completely without mains electric, the property needed a complete solution that would not only provide heating & light but would also give the level of comfort expected by the potential holiday makers. With 18 bedrooms, 3 showers plus underfloor heating throughout this project needed considrable thought and planning in the design stage to make sure a reliable heating & electricity supply could be provided in such an exposed remote off grid environment.
